Omozua has been quite inspiring to me first as a language instructor when I was a free-lance English Teacher, then as a professional coach. I have engaged in two spontaneous coaching session with Omo in the past. Both of these sessions were unplanned and totally unguided (no set questions, or pre-planned work out programme). The first session motivated me to “start” my enterprise with where I was and with what I had (which wasn’t much). She specifically stressed the importance of getting rid of the word “tomorrow” from my vocabulary and resisting procrastination. The second session was really about more practical steps on how to get the logistics of my company set-up done.
I would recommend Omo’s coaching expertise because she brings a lot from her pedagogical experience and merges that with her hands-on approach in coaching. This combined method brings a world of authenticity to her work which really resonates with many clients. I am one of them.
